Some of the drives we did in between cities that we visited contained hours and hours of beautiful scenery and also hours and hours of deep conversation. We would speak of this future bakery that we would dream of having and owning. We would serve the best sweets and treats that we could conjure up, and sell them at an affordable rate for all people to enjoy. We didn’t want to be elaborate or over the top, just wanted to be easy and purely vegan. And this is how our dream began… Long hours of conversations, and ideas being thrown around. We knew one day we would make this dream of ours come true. To serve quality vegan products to a captive audience that wanted to have vegan options for family or friends, no matter what their dietary restrictions contained.
